Our program is designed for 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U athletes who are committed to pushing their skills to the next level. Led by Shawn Lynn and Tom Lamphier, Canadian Bulldogs Baseball combines decades of coaching, playing, and leadership experience to create a program that prioritizes player development, character building, and a relentless work ethic.
Shawn Lynn is entering his 26th year of coaching elite baseball, with eight years of program ownership. His expertise lies in player development and fostering innovative approaches to unlock each athlete’s full potential. Under his leadership, players thrive in a growth-oriented, player-centric environment.
Shawn’s ultimate goal is simple: help players achieve their goals.
Joe Presutti brings a wealth of experience to Canadian Bulldogs Baseball, both as a high-level player and an accomplished coach. With a strong foundation in elite baseball and years dedicated to developing infielders and young athletes, Joe’s focus is on technical excellence, player growth, and preparing athletes for the next level.
Joe’s passion for player development and fundamentals has helped numerous athletes refine their skills and advance and succeed at the collegiate level. His expertise and dedication to teaching the game the right way make him a key part of the Canadian Bulldogs coaching staff.
Mitch Sadofsky brings a deep and diverse background in both playing and coaching, with experience at the highest levels of baseball and fastpitch.
Playing Career
Mitch began his playing career in rep fastpitch at age 10, competing with the Vaughan Vipers, Vaughan Vulkans, and Vaughan Vikings as a pitcher, catcher, and third baseman. His talent and versatility earned him spots on elite teams, including Team Ontario in 1998—where he played as a catcher, pitcher, and outfielder—and the Ontario Blue Jays in 1999, contributing as a catcher and outfielder.
At the collegiate level, Mitch played for Tiffin University (2000–2001) as an outfielder and pitcher before transferring to the University of Massachusetts, where he specialized as a pitcher from 2001 to 2005. He also competed in the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) with the Oshawa Dodgers (2001–2002), again showcasing his dual-threat ability as both a pitcher and outfielder.
Coaching Career
Mitch is a passionate coach who has worked with players of all ages, from youth athletes to elite-level competitors. He has served as a coach with the Team Ontario Astros Elite program, where he focuses on high-level skill development and in-game strategy. With the North Toronto A’s 26U Elite team, he helped advanced players prepare for competitive post-secondary and professional opportunities.
At Field of Dreams Baseball Camp, Mitch plays a key role in program delivery, offering expert instruction in pitching mechanics, catching techniques, and outfield play. His dedication to player development is matched only by his enthusiasm for the game, creating a positive and high-performance environment for every athlete he mentors.
Ryan Debi brings a wealth of experience to Canadian Bulldogs Baseball as both a coach and former NCAA Division I athlete. A standout catcher during his playing days, Ryan earned an athletic and academic scholarship to Florida A&M University, competing at the highest level of collegiate baseball. Prior to his NCAA career, he developed through two of Ontario’s top travel programs—Toronto Mets (2008–2009) and Team Ontario Baseball (2010–2012)—establishing himself as one of the province’s premier catchers.
As a coach, Ryan has spent the better part of a decade developing elite-level catchers across Ontario. From 2019 to 2025, he was a lead instructor at The Dugout Baseball Facility, where he specialized in both catching and hitting development. He joined Team Ontario Baseball’s staff in 2019, serving in various roles including 18U Assistant Coach, 16U Assistant Coach, and eventually Catching Coordinator for the entire program from 2022 to 2025.
In 2025, Ryan joined Canadian Bulldogs Baseball as the organization’s Catching Coordinator and 15U Head Coach, where he continues his mission of helping athletes reach the next level through attention to detail, accountability, and mentorship. His track record speaks for itself—Ryan has helped countless athletes earn opportunities to play collegiate baseball in the U.S.
Beyond the diamond, Ryan is also an accomplished academic. He has spent over six years in a cardiac physiology research lab at York University, contributing to studies exploring the effects of exercise on cardiovascular health. Ryan’s unique blend of athletic excellence, coaching experience, and scientific insight makes him a vital part of the Bulldogs’ development staff—offering players an all-encompassing approach to physical and mental performance.
Jesus Recinos Jr. brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness and performance industry and more than a decade of coaching elite baseball athletes. As the Canadian Bulldogs’ Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Jesus leads the development of individualized training programs that enhance performance, prevent injury, and build long-term athletic resilience.
His career spans personal training, collegiate coaching, and youth development. From 2017 to 2020, Jesus served as an Assistant Coach with the George Brown College Varsity Baseball team, and he was the 12U Head Coach for the Toronto Cubs. He’s also held leadership and instructor roles with elite youth programs such as the Ontario Cardinals and the Ontario International Baseball Academy.
In addition to his baseball expertise, Jesus has a strong foundation in boxing instruction and is a certified personal trainer (Canfitpro) with additional certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Jesus’s community-focused mindset and commitment to athlete development make him a vital part of the Bulldogs’ mission to build leaders on and off the field.
Nick Prasad brings a diverse and extensive background in baseball, spanning elite playing experience, coaching at the highest levels, scouting, and analytics. His wealth of knowledge and passion for player development make him a key addition to the Canadian Bulldogs Baseball coaching staff.
Coaching Career
Nick began his coaching career in the EBLO, spending three seasons as an Assistant & Pitching Coach, as well as the Catching Coordinator with the Oshawa Legionnaires 17U/18U roster.
His coaching journey expanded to the international stage when he served as an assistant coach for Team Canada’s 18U roster, representing the nation in the 2018 World Comes to Palm Beaches International Tournament in Miami, Florida.

Scouting & Analytics
Beyond coaching, Nick is heavily involved in scouting and baseball analytics. He currently covers the Toronto Blue Jays and New York Yankees as an analytic writer, having also covered the New York Mets for two seasons.
Parallel to his writing and scouting work, Nick advises professional, independent, high school, and college players in their pursuit of professional baseball opportunities, including the MLB Draft and MLB Partnered Leagues. His independent scouting expertise extends across Canada, the U.S., and special projects, evaluating top-tier talent.

As Scouting Director & Pitching Instructor, Nick brings a development-first approach that blends technical instruction, advanced analytics, and a mindset-driven methodology to maximize player potential. His deep scouting background will also be instrumental in guiding Bulldogs athletes toward higher-level opportunities.

Sean brings a unique blend of athletic experience, coaching expertise, and professional leadership to Canadian Bulldogs Baseball.
As a multi-sport athlete, Sean competed at the collegiate level in baseball, playing JUCO at County College of Morris, NCAA Division I at Central Michigan University, and NCAA Division II at Ferris State University. During his college career, he captured two GLIAC Championships and earned All-Conference honors twice. His athletic journey also spans AAA hockey, Kung Fu, Judo, CrossFit, boxing, and semi-pro baseball with the Toronto Maple Leafs of the Intercounty Baseball League.
For over 20 years, Sean has coached AAA and elite-level baseball and hockey. He’s served in roles from head coach and assistant to skills coach and mentor—guiding athletes both on and off the field. As a parent of three competitive athletes, he brings a deeply personal understanding of youth development and high-performance culture.
Off the field, Sean has built a successful career as a Network Systems Engineer and currently leads an award-winning real estate business. He mentors new agents, manages construction operations, and blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership—skills that naturally translate to his coaching philosophy.
Sean’s passion lies in mental performance coaching, helping athletes navigate the pressures of elite sport while building confidence, focus, and resilience. Whether it’s on the field, the ice, or in the ring, Sean is committed to developing the complete athlete—mind and body.
Brendan O’Flynn brings a wealth of experience as both a player and coach, making him an invaluable part of the Canadian Bulldogs Baseball coaching staff. His background in collegiate and professional baseball, combined with years of player development experience, positions him as a key resource for our athletes looking to take their game to the next level.
Playing Career
Brendan’s playing career began at Erie Community College (2013-2015), where he played outfield and first base, helping the team reach back-to-back Super Regional Finals and contributing to the 2015 team’s record-breaking season with the second-most wins in program history.
He continued his collegiate career at Oklahoma Panhandle State University (2015-2017), earning All-Heartland Conference Academic Team honors twice while competing at a high level in the outfield and at first base.
Brendan also gained valuable experience in the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL), suiting up for the Guelph Royals (2015) and the Hamilton Cardinals (2016).
Coaching Career
After his playing career, Brendan quickly transitioned into coaching, dedicating himself to player development, recruitment, and college placement.

Jordell brings a wealth of high-level baseball experience and a deep passion for developing young athletes.
A former draft prospect for the Milwaukee Brewers, Jordell’s playing career demonstrates a profound understanding of what it takes to succeed in high-performance baseball. He competed at the elite NJCAA Division I level before embarking on a nearly decade-long professional career in the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL).
This firsthand experience forms the foundation of his coaching philosophy. As the former Head Coach of the Tri-City Giants (14U), Jordell focused on translating his knowledge into actionable development plans for his players.
At Canadian Bulldogs Baseball, Jordell is dedicated to instilling advanced fundamentals, building player confidence, and fostering a winning mindset. His commitment to discipline, accountability, and excellence directly reflects the Bulldogs’ core values.

Gianfranco Morello brings an accomplished playing career and a wealth of experience to the Canadian Bulldogs coaching staff. A standout collegiate athlete at Northern Kentucky University and the University of Charleston, he built a reputation as an impact player on both sides of the game.
Represented Team North America at the 2019 World Port Tournament in Rotterdam, Netherlands; finished 6th overall in batting average.
Competed in the first-ever Tournament 12 (Canadian Futures).
As a coach with the Bulldogs, Gianfranco leverages his speed, offensive approach, and high-level experience to mentor the next generation—instilling the drive, discipline, and consistency that defined his playing career.
Lucas Trivedi brings a strong mix of athletic and academic discipline to the Canadian Bulldogs coaching staff. A former corner infielder, he competed with the Catawba Valley Stars, Team Ontario, and Ohlone College in California, where he was recognized for his disciplined approach at the plate and steady leadership on the field.
Beyond his playing career, Lucas has carried that same focus into the classroom, pursuing a degree in Mechatronics Engineering at York University. His unique blend of high-level playing experience and academic excellence allows him to connect with athletes both as a mentor and a role model.
As the 17U Assistant Coach, Lucas is dedicated to player development, emphasizing fundamentals, consistency, and a team-first mentality that aligns with the Bulldogs’ core values.
Shawn brings a wealth of experience to Canadian Bulldogs Baseball as a former player, elite coach, and mentor to young athletes. With a deep understanding of the game, he specializes in hitting mechanics, pitching fundamentals, and player strategy.
